Great old one

In the Lovecraft mythos there is often written about the great old ones. Ancient beings whose mere presence is enough to drive you mad. The most famous is of course Cthulhu.
Fromsoftware game Elden ring and the Dark souls franchise is heavily inspired by Lovecraft. So it felt right for me to make this tribute piece to them both.
I don’t know if the title for this painting should be “you will do my bidding”.
You is the mightiest of them? The grim reaper or the great old one? What do you think they are saying?
